Very expensive, even books printed two years ago are being sold on new price, in fact double price, by changing just price tag

Book was in good quality. When I ordered book I was told that book's price is 1530rs and delivery is free. But when I received my parcel the courier boy took 50 extra rupees. This is not fair. Please promote fair dealing in business.
