Located in the Pakistan’s cultural capital, Lahore, Sang-e-meel Publications was founded by Niaz Ahmad & Ijaz Ahmad and is currently headed by Afzaal Ahmad and Ali Kamran.

The publishing house is focused on the revival, development and promotion of South Asian literature in local languages as well as English. Since its establishment, the publishing house has brought forth some of the most distinguished works of South Asian literature especially in Urdu. Along with producing original content, Sang-e-meel has reprinted historical and political works of great significance in the region and made them accessible to the reader once again.
