یہ میرا پہلا موقع تھا کہ تارڑ صاحب کی کوئی تصنیف ہاتھ لگی۔ انداز بیاں یقیناً منفرد اور سہل ہے۔جہاں قاری ان کی تنہائی اور قیدحیات کی صعوبتیں پڑھ کر اداس ہوتا ہے وہیں طنز کے نشتر باعث تسکین قرار پاتے ہیں۔ میں تمام اہل ذوق کو یہ کتاب تجویز کروں گا۔

کو وڈ 19 کی عالمی وبا ھے۔تارڑ صاحب جیسے قدآور ادیب کی کتاب کے متعلق کوئی بھی تبصرہ کرنا تو صرف انہی جیسے علم و ادب کےاونچےمقام پر فائز ھستیوں کو زیب دیتا ھے۔یہاں پر محض ایک ادنی مداح اور قاری کی حیثیت سے کچھ کہنا چاہںوں گی۔
یہ کتاب کورونا کے بارے میں بیک وقت ی فلسفیانہ خودکلامی بھی ھے اور کہیں کہیں حقیقت نگاری بھی ۔ ساتھ ہی تارڑ صاحب کے مخصوص استعارے ( signature style) بھی نظر سے گزرتے ھیں جیسے فاختہ۔۔پانیوں کا پھیلاؤ۔ قدیم وجدید زمانوں کا ربط۔۔ کتاب کا عنوان بےحد دلگداز فارسی نغمے سے لیا گیا ھے ۔(شاید اس عالمی وبا کو اس سے زیادہ بہتر الفاظ میں ابھی تک کوئی یوں منظوم نہ کر پایا ھوگا جیسے ا میر جان صبوری نے اس

اس کتاب کی سب سے اچھی بات یہ ھے کہ اس میں کورونا سے پیدا ھونے والی تقریبا " اور عموما" تاریک صورتحال میں امید کا ننھا سا دیا جلتا نظر آتا ھے ۔تارڑ صاحب نے اس اندھیرے میں اپنے حصے کی شمع اس کتاب کی صورت میں روشن کی ھے۔ بہت

A very good novel to read, When you read it you can feel the fear of death angel which was around us in pandemic of COVID. How were we waiting for our turn and how we were selfish for our lives.

I have always been a fan of Mustansir sb's writings. And his latest book 'shehr khaali, koocha khali' again is a masterpiece. Living in covid times has been expressed beautifully and is so relatable with our lives these days. I loved reading it. Duas for Mustansir sb's good health and long life.
