Mad, Not Stupid
Mental health is the unnamed ghost in the country, wandering the hallways of tiny villages and large baroque style houses alike, of mosques, churches and hospitals, of factories and private clubs and finally the graveyard when someone commits suicide.
This book is an autobiographical journey and an explanation of how to deal with mental health when faced with troubled waters.

This is a straightforward, honest, and good book on Bipolar Disorder. Highly recommend for someone living with Mental Disorders in Pakistan.
The book makes you feel living the life of the author, going through the highs and lows and making you understand how 'normal' is any but... The author has thankfully shared those parts of her life that people skip or avoid telling even to closest friends.
Her suggestions regarding changes required in mental health sector are not only realistic but very timely given the limited to no awareness or investment of/in the sector.
Please do read the book at your earliest.

The book was received in perfect conditions. The delivery was quick.
Now, as far the book is concerned, its content resonated with me on a personal level. Going through the same condition as the author it helped me understand my mental illness and gave me a sort of emotional support that other people ,and that too successful ones, live with similar disorder. This book was one of the reads that made me emotional yet taught me as well.
