A very good book collected from the traditional bards of Mir-Alams of Gujrat District by the pride of Gujrat Khansahib Qazi Fazl e Haq Khokhar sahib of Hajiwala. The book gives a very unique local outlook from one Pir Muhammad of Gujrat who wrote it somewhere dur8ng the early British involvement in Punjab. The work covers the history of 18th century Punjab particularly of Gujrat and Gujranwala districts of Gujrat and providesa very live and vibrant image of the events surrounding the rise of sikhhs and their wars with local chieftains and independent rulers.
