I returned 2 books (from an unknown writer) that I didn’t like and, to my utter surprise, Sung-e-Meel Publications not only accepted return request and that too at their own cost (just like Amazon.com or Daraz.com) but provided replacement books at discounted price as well.
I’ve never experienced such level of customer service (besides Daraz.com) in Pakistan.
Well done Sang-e-Meel Publications. If you maintain and further improve your services in sha Allah you would certainly reach new zeniths of success in corporate world.
