An amazing publication, I must say. The book contains information about most of the common Arabic, Persian and Perso-Arabic scripts like the Thuluth, Nasta'liq, Naskh, Shikasta, Divany, Kufic and Tughrajaat etc. The letterform anatomy has been elaborately illustrated in terms of the 'Qat' or the 'Nuqta'.
Originally, I came across this book in NCA library for research purposes but I found it so informative that I decided to buy my own copy of it. That is when I came across the Sang-e-Meel website. The book is indeed a valued possession for anyone who has a taste for calligraphy.
The paper quality could've been better. The pages are somewhat rough and the printing is slightly off the angles.
