An amazing piece of literature.

It was very good

No doubt it’s a big novel , I enjoyed it a lot as I read it around 35 years ago, but now I felt it’s content could be sum up bit briefly. In this fast moving time it is really hard to go through such a lengthy novel & at the end u got surprised that the writer ( Qurat Ul ain Haider) never loose her grip on the typical love story (with few changes) while wandered through so many ages, through so many wars, through so many ruined kingdoms, birth of Pakistan, liberation of Bengali’s, etc but in all circumstances she kept sticking with typical love stories. Extremely typical stories. I would like to name Akhter Saleemi’s both novel Jander & hain need maim hnooz are extremely good and beyond amazing, revolved around ages, comprehend many of psychological behaviours of human nature & comprised on hardly 200 or more pages. These novels are mesmerised you & kept you under it’s unexplainable spell / aura for days, for months, for years.
